| At the back end of 2004, I decided that as my
radio was already wired up for WSJT for 50mhz, when it was quiet, I would
give RTTY another go. I've used RTTY some years ago, so it wasn't 'that new'
for me. I used MixW version 2.08 with a rather old laptop. This is connected to my IC756proII, and the antenna I'm using now is a rotary dipole for 10, 15 and 20m. So, as you can see, it's no big set up, in fact it's all rather simple. I have to admit, this last couple of months has been a lot of fun, (from 2004 into 2005) and judging by the amount of people still wanting GD on RTTY, others also like that fact a GD is active on the bands, and in RTTY mode. I've also started playing with BPSK31 with MixW, it seems to work well.
